They called on Mon tell me something I ordered was in after 6weeks . (Which was expected). When I went in Fri to pickup they said it wasn't there and still in transit. After about 45 min of asking them to check, miraculously they found it finally.

Overall it’s a great place for a wide variety of home building/repair products and tools. I love Home Depot and would give 5 stars if the HD app was fixed to resolve ongoing problems with the curbside pick up process. I buy hundreds of dollars every year at the Kenai HD store, so for me the curbside pick up feature functionality is pretty important and I use it often.
I was asked by multiple sales associates if I needed help find anything. Raymond ended up helping me find all the products I needed to install a shelf in my closet. He was very knowledgeable and easily located all the fasteners and other tools I would need to complete my job. Great customer service!
