Alyeska Tire is truly one of Alaska's premier brands and service providers. I have routinely taken my vehicle to them for oil changes and for tires and they are always highly professional and service-oriented. It's refreshing because this sort of attention is lacking across the board in small business and large scale business. Thank you Alyeska for walking the walk.

Usually I don’t really do reviews but due to some of the negative reviews I felt it would be worth it.

I was a bit nervous with the negative reviews but I go through Palmer alyeska all the time and with moving to Kenai I would rather stick to what I know and I always have been very happy with my experience with alyeska.

I also reminded myself not everyone can be honest customers (working in retail you learn this), and if they did have bad experiences these reviews are not recent, time can change things

So I went in with a positive mindset and I was not disappointed

Went in for an oil change on a saturday around 2:30 pm but was told that it would have to be next week cause they were swamped and the dude seemed like he was in a rush and wanted me to leave as soon as possible so I came back on a monday around 3:30 and was able to get my oil change done then.The second time the person was very nice and didn't try to rush anything in fact did a good job with the oil change and replenish the fluids just try to avoid this place on a saturday.
