We had a flat tire on our rental car while traveling on the McCarthy Road. We made it to R&R on the spare tire. They were friendly and informative. Unfortunately, the tire was not repairable, as it had been repaired earlier in our travels. They gave us their time and expertise and did not charge us. We continued on our way and persuaded the rental car company to trade out our vehicles. R&R is an asset to the community and any tourists and travelers who may need vehicle repair services. Truck broke down about an hour north of Glenallen on a Thursday night and tow truck dropped it off at the shop. Talking with the manager on Friday morning I could tell they were booked for the day but they made time for me and got the truck up and running just before closing for the weekend. Big thanks to Jeremy, John, and Bryce for the extra effort to get us on our way!
