There was a small gap in the communication but other than that they got my car on base and in one piece but they did leave the window open for whatever reason and snow got in the car but that's not too bad

I had a flat tire today. My auto insurance road side assistance called up Preferred Towing & Recovery and these guys were amazing. They were professional, prompt, friendly and understood the assignment completely. I will recommend these guys to everyone. In the interior of Alaska quality customer service is hit or miss. These guys knocked it out of the ball park.
