The Whitecourt Service Centre is a reputable automotive repair shop that provides excellent service to its customers. The skilled and efficient technicians often complete jobs sooner than expected and charge fair prices. Customers have praised the shop's "honest pay for honest work" approach, which contrasts with the "book price" offered by other mechanics. The shop is known for its quick and efficient problem-solving, leaving customers satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service they receive. Customers have recently praised the shop's expertise and responsiveness. One customer, on the road, had trouble with the AC compressor and was impressed by the technician's knowledge and willingness to temporarily repair the issue to keep the customer moving. Another customer, visiting from out of province, had their truck start misfiring and was able to get it scanned and repaired promptly. I spent atleast 3 weeks freezing my butt off in my truck over the holidays with no heat, I looked for whoever was open and had time to check on the “whys”. After being thrown around with prices and timeframes by other local mechanic shops (including my dealer), Darrell quoted me roughly the same for replacing my Dodge’s heater core. Knowing he does a great job and has integrity, (unlike most of the shops in town) I booked in with him. BEST IDEA EVER. Not only did his work come in WAY (but fair) under initial quote and time, while my dash was torn out, he found my cab air filter was disgusting and needed a change out- which saved me some hassle down the road for sure. I have the hottest dodge in town now, and my toque and gloves and wallet can relax. Huge shout out to Darrell’s shop for amazing customer service! (and for saving me with my skidoo issues on the weekend as well!)
