Just took my truck in for an oil change everything was good then i start my truck and its overheating, told them it wasn't doing that before so they looked at me and someone said “must be a ford thing” laughed then walked away. Didnt even try too help just got me too sign a paper then leave. Thx guys wont be coming here ever again

I took my car to this auto shop because my engine was misfiring and needed a diagnosis and repair. After the initial scan, the mechanic suggested a compression test and confirmed the engine was fine. They then ordered six spark plugs and a coil to resolve the issue. The parts arrived in the afternoon from Edmonton, and I waited there until 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, at the end of the day, they still couldn’t pinpoint the problem. I was told I might need to replace an injector or that there could be a wear issue, but nothing was confirmed. Despite paying around $500, the misfiring problem remained unresolved. They then provided me with an additional quote of $550 for further work.
As a result of the delay, I had to ultimately drove back to Edmonton without a solution at night. I found the service to be unprofessional—they charged a significant amount without fixing the issue. I cannot recommend this auto shop based on my experience.

One of the best place to get a vehicle repaired anytime, period!!! I was on my way to Edmonton and my truck started to heat up pretty badly. Had to spend the night in Whitecourt hoping to get it fixed the next day, only to find that all the places are pretty booked. But these guys came to the rescue without any hesitation and got my truck up and running little under 4hrs. If anyone gets stuck in Whitecourt or around that area, go to these guys, I guarantee you will have your vehicle fixed in a flash if you're able to find the correct parts within the city. Thank you Automall for your support and keep up the good work guys?

Not recomended for any one Mechanics have zero experience Plus rude behavior from the mechanics They treat you like you working for them not the opposit . The only good thing there is the lady behind the counter on the left side she is awsome and professional .

Had to stop there on my way to Grand Prairie had a problem with the vechile. They looked at it right away found the problem. Couldn't get the parts until Monday. Repaired it as best as they could. Ran perfect to GP and back to Edmonton. Price was very fair as well. Great job Auto Mall

What an awesome company! Had car trouble on my way to Edmonton via Valleyview so I stopped in Whitecourt to get service. Every service station turned me away, but Auto Mall helped me out! Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my car that day (as it was already 3pm and their service techs were already fully booked) but they did get me back on the road to finish my trip. Very helpful and compassionate staff that helped a stranded motorist. They have a great reputation in town and from what I saw that day it is well deserved. I'd definitely go back again for auto work and know my vehicle would be in good hands. Thank you Auto Mall!

I had run into serious trouble with my newly purchase vehicle on the way home from Edmonton to the Peace Country. I called around for a shop to inspect my vehicle before I could be sure it was road worthy. The places I called that were busy, both directed me to these guys. I called the Auto Mall and the lady was really helpful in squeezing me in that morning due to my circumstances and needing to get home asap.
The shop listened to my concerns, gathered information and got my car into the shop promptly. The mechanic was able to provide me detailed explanations of what had happened with my vehicle and showed me what I needed to see to get a better grasp of things and photo document. They ordered parts necessary for me to get on the road again safely.
The staff was knowledgeable, very friendly, provided me with peace of mind & great customer service!
I 10/10 recommend Whitecourt Auto Mall. Thank you for all your help.
