I am from Edson and have had nothing but amazing experience at this clinic. Our clinic is such a mess, which makes this place seem like royalty. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. More appointments available than my town, not much of a waiting period. The doctors have always been so kind, and listen to my concerns and requests and VALIDATE ME. Which is the most important. There is no gaslighting my symptoms. I’m very grateful for this clinic. Thank you!
Great doctors, friendly nurses, Dr.Ozzo is the best doctor I could ever ask for. Listens to everything that’s wrong and sends me for every tests to figure out the problem. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
I was hesitant to post my experiences at this clinic, but I think it’s important to give an honest and thorough explanation as to why I will never step foot in that clinic again neither will I recommend this clinic.
Prior to moving to Whitecourt, I called both clinics to ask specifics about services listed on their websites relating to mine and my family’s health. Life Medical mentioned diabetic care so I wanted to know if they had an in-house or visiting endocrinologist.
