Called while on the road. Had trouble with the AC compressor and after a brief conversation, I knew he knew his stuff. He said stop by and he'd take a quick look. He did that, then temporarily repaired the AC clutch so we could get to the next big town, and did it with a smile! Parts aren't readily available for our vehicle but he knew just what to do to keep us moving. Darrell knew his stuff and knew it well. You won't be disappointed with Whitecourt Service Center.

Nice people. Very helpful and easygoing. I'm not very mechanically inclined (can do the basics), so I can only judge quality as far as I know, but they were helpful and seem competent. Highly recommend. I'll be back next time I have an issue.
As AJG trucking driver my truck coolant hose was leaking at White Court and I have a load of asphalt

I been seeing Lisa for 2 years to do my taxes and let me say life is so much easier with her ! My child has disabilities and she help me with her forms for her DTC along with the second year I went there to do my taxes she already had my taxes done and ready to go I was in and out with 5 mins , not to mention they allowed my young child to come with me to do my taxes and even gave her a teddy bear well teddy leaf of their logo ! 10/10 recommend them if your looking to get your taxes done fast easy and stress free !

I went to whitecourt to visit my sister ( i live in calgary) we went to see fay and she cut and colored my hair and also did my eyebrows. I am sooo impressed with her work and am.planning on going back to see her when a cut and colour is due. Sometimes you have to drive 5 hours to get a.fabulous cut and colour

Noticed a lug nut came came off of our holiday trailer. We stopped in and they quickly replaced it and tightneed the rest to make sure we were safely on our way. Icing on the cake, they didn’t even charge us! Such great service, thank you!!
One of the best place to get a vehicle repaired anytime, period!!! I was on my way to Edmonton and my truck started to heat up pretty badly. Had to spend the night in Whitecourt hoping to get it fixed the next day, only to find that all the places are pretty booked. But these guys came to the rescue without any hesitation and got my truck up and running little under 4hrs. If anyone gets stuck in Whitecourt or around that area, go to these guys, I guarantee you will have your vehicle fixed in a flash if you're able to find the correct parts within the city. We broke down north of Whitecourt on a long weekend. My fuel pump failed and needed replacing but finding a fuel pump on a long weekend was a whole other challenge!
Long story short, they stayed late and got me back on the road. I appreciate the hospitality and making an unfortunate situation a little more bearable.

I go to this spa regularly for my nails & massages but today switched it up. I booked a derma-planing facial because my skin this pregnancy has felt like sandpaper & chocolate truffle body scrub/wrap because, why not go all in on a spa day! It was the most relaxing 3.5 hrs of my life! As a busy mom of a toddler with another on the way, naps aren’t usually for me ? Kellie-Rae made sure to explain what sort of products she would be using and then let me bask in her pampering, which to my pleasure included 2 relaxation naps! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by & booking in with any of the amazing ladies at the spa!

Devin took charge and had our truck booked in, organized our insurance loaner for us, drove us to pick up that loaner and then the team did an amazing job repairing our truck! We dropped the truck off on Thursday at 830am with a deep gouge on the rear quarter and damage to the tailgate. By Friday at 3pm they called to say it was done! Wowsers. Well Done everyone and a big Thank you!! Also worth note: I needed to use the Loo before we left the shop and the lady at the front desk went through the washroom to make sure it was ‘suitable’ for me. Much appreciated the great service.
