Lori, at the front desk, was patient with my many phone calls, questions, and inquiries, and was always quick to reply. Bryan went above and beyond to find me the best deals for replacement parts. If my experience is indicative of the service at Carstar then you can't go wrong. I showed up a few minutes before closing to inquire about getting a part replaced on my car. I had the part already and they said I could leave my car overnight and it would be done the next day. I was offered a loaner car. The next day they called mid afternoon to say it was ready and I was inquiring about doing payment over the phone. Well surprise surprise, they weren't charging me for the service and they had even washed my car, in addition!
