5 star service. Went in feeling terrible came out feeling way better. 2 trip and all my knotted muscles were great. If you have never gone for a sports massage book only 30 min until you get used to it.

I see Trevor ,been in three car accidents where all vehicles totalled .The one was a drunk driver hit me ,another truck turned in front of me and the other my fault because I hit black ice for the first time.The deep tissue massage is amazing ,the pressure applied in the right areas gives a shock which relieves and relaxes those muscles and tendons.I walk out and can't believe the difference it makes.I actually don't hurt and can turn my head without no pain.Finally someone who knows what they are doing.
