“Writing on behalf of my dad who stopped there a few days ago. My dad's truck started giving him trouble as he was traveling from Edmonton up to High Prairie with a boat in tow. He already had an idea of what the issue might be after assessing, and reached out to NAPA thinking he may be stuck in Westlock for hours on end waiting for availability or trying to find parts, but ended up being able to get help from NAPA. He went for a quick lunch and had his truck back on the road in under 2 hours from the moment he called. He has been raving about the service and his experience with the staff and mechanics, and was thrilled that he wasn't too delayed in getting out the the lake. Thank you for the help and great experience!”
