The staff are friendly and helpful. They took good care of me and since there wasn't much of a change in my prescription and I only had gotten my eyeglasses a year ago it was suggested that I didn't need new eyeglasses unless I wanted to get new ones. I decided not to get new ones so they just cleaned and tightened my old ones which I am happy with.
My appointment with Prairie vision was very pleasant. I felt comfortable and confident with the expertise of the optometrist and safe to ask any questions I may have had.
It was a nice experience
Dr Zach was wonderful ensuring that I got the best prescription for my glasses. He was so patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The person that helped me pick out my new glasses was professional, thorough, and really knew her stuff. Can’t wait to get my new glasses! I rate them 11/10. Exceeded all my expectations.
