Like some other reviews have mentioned, there is a distinct smoke smell (She's a smoker) HOWEVER you don't notice it once you've been in the building for a while. I have a sensitive nose & it bothered me initially, but in my opinion it's better than the constant headache inducing chemical cleaning smell some other salons have
I enjoyed the laid back & authentic experience Terri gave me. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend rather than in a professional salon—but don't let the environment fool you! Her work is like magic (she has many years experience after all) & fixed mistakes I didn't even notice with my hair!
