Love these guys. We were passing through town on a Thursday night on our way to Edmonton for a concert when my car broke down We spoke to these guys on Friday morning. They dropped everything diagnosed my problem. Ordered the part and had it all fixed up for me on Monday. Great And honest people and very knowledgable. I would recommend them to anybody
Also Three hills is not too bad of a town, especially once you get to know the locals
Today, my kids and I had the check engine light flash on us unexpectedly. We pulled over, turned off the car, and then made our way to Richard Automotive in Three Hills. As soon as I walked in and explained the issue, two men at the front immediately took charge. Without hesitation, they told me to bring the car in—no questions asked, and no concern for what else they had going on that day. Their only priority was making sure my kids and I were safe and could get back on the road without worry.
In less than two hours, they had everything checked out and taken care of. The level of service, kindness, and genuine care they showed us was incredible. I can’t thank them… read full review
The service was great, the quote was spot on to what I was told it would be & Brian took the time to explain in layman's terms what the issues were. I appreciate the great service!
