Dan did an excellent job for us. Replaced a broken hot water valve (washing machine supply) along with a new cold water valve and hoses. He even obtained warranty replacement from the manufacturer. No wall cutting was needed, work was done quickly, and at a reasonable price. Since he was coming to our place anyway, we had him install an enhancement to our Navien in-floor heating in our garage. Although there was no actual site visit we discussed various solutions to our furnace problem over the phone. Dan was very willing to offer solutions and stated what information he would need, if a site visit would be warranted, in order to minimize the trips to location. Dan was very easy to communicate with and willing to help.
I have had the opportunity to use Dan Vos' services twice in the past year. The first time, for an emergency furnace replacement and most recently to replace an aging hot water heater. In both instances Dan was prompt, efficient, friendly, honest about what needed to be done and reasonably priced. I can't say enough about the quality of his work other than a big thanks. We will be calling Voscor again as the need arises.
