We've been satisfied clients of Thorsby cooperators for many years from Farm, Home, Auto to Business Policies. We've always been very pleased with Nicole and her team, but in the past months, there's one that needs to be recognized for going above and beyond! Cassidy is a friendly face, with sincerity, and so easy to deal with. She really breaks it down, asks all the right questions, and treats our situation with uniqueness!! I absolutely love dealing with the ladies here! Diana and Nicole are so helpful and very knowledgeable, they have given me information I was not aware of in the past to help get me the best rate. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and make everything so much easier, the past three weeks has been stressful dealing with a minor accident and the expense of getting another vehicle BUT the fact I get the most incredible customer service with you folks at The Co-Operators has made things an absolute delight, thank you so much for everything you do.
