After two weeks my new LG dishwasher started to leak. I called the store where I purchased it and they were absolutely useless. I called the manufacturer and in less than 10 minutes I was talking to a real person. They told me that a service appointment would be scheduled with South Calgary Appliance as soon as possible. Almost unbelievably I got a text that afternoon that a service technician was in the area (Red Deer) and would stop by that very day. Not long afterwards Tim showed up, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He spent over an hour looking at the unit and with some consultation with the manufacturers tech team decided some parts would be required. The parts order came in a couple of days and Tim came back with another tech to install them. So far so good, no leaks. I am very impressed with the service I recieved from South Calgary Appliance.

Nice to see some people still care about good service and repairs now a day, fully recommend if you care about the same. Thought I was going to have to replace my washing machine but this tech was able to resolve my issue quickly and I am very happy to say it’s working perfect now.
