I've had a very painful sciatica flare-up over the Christmas holidays and have been dreading my 5 hour flight home.I booked in to see Alexandra for a massage the afternoon before my flight, hoping to loosen my low back and glute muscles as much as possible.She gave me a deep tissue massage that got right into my piriformis, glutes, and thigh muscles, which lessened the nerve pain - I almost feel back to normal!Combined with a hot bath, and a hot water bottle that I'll fill up once through security, I'm hoping to arrive not entirely crippled, lol.Am so thankful for Alexandra's insight into what my body needed, for not being scared to dig a bit, and for her comforting words...read full review

I've had horrible back pain most of my life, but just a few sessions with Maunik and I'm already starting to feel better. He is professional, kind, and carefully explains the entire procedure. I feel safe and comfortable the entire time, and I'm very excited to see more progress.

Melisa is an amazing massage therapist. She takes pride in helping people get back to feeling their best. She is a small girl with a big heart, and cares about each client like a family member. Don’t be fooled by her size! Melisa is excellent with deep tissue massage. She is extremely knowledgeable on using the correct techniques, to have you back at peak performance in no time.
