My dad absolutely loves to go here, its usually his first choice. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall always a good experience whenever my family stops in. Just a solid small town hardware store. Decent amount of parking given the size of the store. Its unfortunate that its downhill a little, i feel like people new to Strathmore wouldn't see it easily.

I always, ALWAYS get offered help. The service here is far better than most other places. Selection and prices good too. It's the first place I consider when coming into S'more. Edited Sept 10, 22. They came to the rescue again for me. I came to town to get parts for a dishwasher install. The place I bought it (Lowe's Calgary) didn't the right parts. Can Tire, Rona, UFA open early but didn't have them either. And no service at any of those stores. At 9 the doors opened and 10 feet inside Home Hardware I was greeted and offered help. The guy got me going and we also enlisted help from another guy and we got it figured out.
