I went there to wash my car today ,,, even the credit card system was not working they help me alot. Techincal issues can happen but they were trying their best to satisfy the customer. Always good experience.?

I have been using Strathmore Auto Spa for my truck for awhile now. Pulling in today for the touchless automatic wash, the owner Jagga came jogging over noting all the bug kill on my grill and windows. He had me pull into the self serve truck space and he prewashed the grill and window first for me to ensure the thousands of bugs were washed off ahead of the touchless wash. Great, above and beyond thoughtfulness.

I gave three stars cause - it was clean - it worked - vacuum was actually really good It lost two stars cause - Equipment is outdated, poor pressure, cold water, brushes are in horrible condition, dryer was weak - Low quality presoak, soap and wax etc
