i can not say enough good about this place , i have had the privilege of receiving massages from several practitioners here all are good. THE BEST Is John N i travel several hours to have him work in me, i always feel incredibly when i leave , all his work is next level! You will not be disappointed with his service!

After suffering with lower back pain for about six weeks due to overdoing it at the gym I decided to see if a Chiropractor could help my situation. I've had just a few visits so far but my back is definitely on the mend. Optimum Wellness Centre gets a two thumbs up from this happy patient and I highly recommend the Strathmore location that I have been attending. If your in pain try this wellness centre and expect relief.

The care here is unmatched. Dr. Nav is a wonderful chiropractor, thorough and helpful. Kalyn is a fantastic RMT. Brianna is always so kind, and even helped watch my 3 kiddos when I had to slip in for an emergency adjustment and couldn’t carry them. Grateful to be a client here.
