“I switched dentists because my past dentist was using dental dams and when we needed to get work done on my 4 yr old we ended up going all the way to calgary for a pediatric office and since they only ended up needing laughing gas on him and i noticed they use isolate, it made me realize, it might be time to switch dentists. So i went online and called this office and they use isolate (aka no horrible dental dams with the wretched clamp), the receiptionist was SO nice and listened to my concerns (now I realize that she is also the dental assistant), and they had good reviews online so I booked us all.
Never in my life have I seen so much investment in patient experience. My kids were annoyed at me for booking the dentist on a day off school but that quickly turned around when we arrived and they all had the most awesome time in the waiting room!! It probably would have been enough of a selling point, but then I discovered Debbie is the owner and hygienist! She was my hygienist when I was a child - I just want to point out I don't know the names of any hygienist I've had since that time, but she is that memorable! So kind to my children, generous, thorough, and so so so competent! Debbie is all about using the latest technology and investing in her patients! What a great experience all around!! Kids can't wait to have another day at the dentist haha“
