Years ago I had a herniated disc. Prior to that I’d had ongoing back problems with my back since my early adult life.

When I got pregnant at the beginning of this year I knew I needed to protect my back as much as possible. I didn’t have a lot of hope and was expecting to be in extreme pain by the end of my pregnancy. I had seen multiple Drs over the past 3 years (physio, chiro, acupuncture, osteopath) and had multiple scans (CT, MRI) and even Cortisol shots. All I ever got was temporary relief.

Seeing Dr Heather was the best decision I made for my pregnancy. Not only did she keep my pain from getting worse, but I actually felt better during pregnancy than I had in years. 2 months postpartum now it’s still holding up.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Heather. I first saw her when I was pregnant with my second child. I found out very late term that she was breached, and I read the chiropractics could help. Whether it was the sole reason, or by chance, after a few sessions my baby flipped. I then revisited her when my third child was diagnosed with Torticollis. She has been so knowledgeable and has explained to me other areas he was stiff causing pain while nursing. I noticed a complete 180 after a few visits. I highly recommend her for all your chiropractic needs! :)

Dr. Heather Russell has been amazing with my 2 month old! He has been so much better after only 2 sessions with her, and even after just one he was a totally different baby! I couldn’t believe it!
