The experience has been incredible from the first meeting with Barry and his knowledgeable & very friendly staff, Murray, Morgan & Judy. We were kept up to date on every stage of construction. We moved to Strathmore a few years ago. We bought an existing home built by Aquilla. We put in an offer based on 1 viewing. The layout and quality of work was easy to see and the house inspection found zero issues with anything. Since moving in we have had a few occasions to contact Barry at Aquilla to ask questions for insurance purposes regarding hail damage to roof and insurance wanting proof we had back flow valves installed on sewer lines. The response has always been prompt and with photos if required. We have been so happy with the house and the service you receive from Aquilla staff even as the second purchaser of the home they have been excellent... read full review
