Rhonda and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. You feel like a part of a community. I owe the fact that I am still able to do the job I love to her and all the staff. Due to the comprehensive treatment plan using multidisciplinary team I received for my body, mind and spirit.
Amazing physiotherapy. Staff very friendly & understanding, extremely competent and do their best to accommodate your health needs. Well done Rhonda & team - you are the best clinic I have ever been to!
So I have to tell you… I had an appointment at Performance Health & Fitness Centre this evening and I appreciate how his coaching and encouragement has me doing machines with proper technique and form… so important ....but you know what ?I left feeling I belonged there and that I’m an athlete ...that is a huge win and incentive to get there more often
