    After a car accident left me with a substantial injury, I went to Performance and the team was all fantastic through my recovery. However it was Nick that was able to adjust my program, and push me through a plateau in recovery and get me back to 99% full function and strength. I will forever be grateful for his technique, his push, and his focus on getting me back to my life and hobbies. Thank you Nick!

    All I can say is wow. The online form you need to fill out, after making an appointment is absolutely amazing. Very easily navigated, very well spoken and just down right easy. Not to mention the professionalism of the staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this service to anyone.

    Rhonda and her team have been so helpful with my family. From acupuncture for back pain to our gym memberships they have the trained professional staff to help. Even the oldest member of our family feels more active at 84 with Rhonda & Matt's help and the gym in the same facility.
