When my tire blew out on the way to work, the people at Kal-Tire were excellent. I called to let them know the tow was coming and they were ready for my vehicle. They had to source tires for me with no notice on their part, at no extra cost to me, and were able to replace all my tires the same day.They were courteous and efficient even though it is a busy time getting other customers' vehicles ready for winter.

Had a bit of a shimmy in the ol' Santa Fe, brought her in for a looksee. Based on our description they thought we needed a wheel balanced. They were right, car runs great now, smooth with no shimmy. Best part is, we bought those tires from Kal Tire in Calgary and they did the balancing for free. Great shop and would definitely use them again.

Amazing team that literally saved me today. I drove from Calgary with a rental car through Enterprise that broke down randomly in Stettler. After being frustrated by the rental roadside assistance saying they'll only tow the vehicle and leave me here (?!?) & they'll have an alternative car for me in 3 days in Red Deer.. I learned Kal Tire has an exclusive contract for Enterprise rental vehicles, so I popped in. Their team was quick and professional, fixed the issue within 30 mins, so I could drive back to Calgary today.
