After running around town searching for fountain tire which is still on maps gentlemen at Kal tire answered my call and told me to stop by now and he would help me out. I was in the middle of a road trip for work and it was greatly appreciated.
Didn't know there was a Kal Tire in Stettler that carried Hakkapeliita tires so I purchased mine in Red Deer while there. Was treated well there but felt like a VIP at the Stettler location. Everyone i engaged at the Stettler Kal Tire was professional, warm and attentive. The entire visit was exceedingly fast, efficient and they kept me apprised the whole time. Everyone had a job to do and they were all doing their jobs. No one sitting around as many other Tire shops have been. The work was done exceedingly well and I will be coming back regularly not only for tires, alignments and rotations but also for oil changes and other services. We were traveling Drumheller to Fort McMurray and started smelling a burning smell around Rowley. Pulled into Kaltire in Stettler just before 5pm. They were friendly and receptive and Russell had us up on the hoist in minutes. Diagnosed and and gave us tips for getting home safely (to deal with it tomorrow). Great service. Highly recommend!
