I had a toilet installed and the valve replaced on another toilet. The plumber was friendly, the work was completed with quality and I’m extremely satisfied with that portion of the service provided. However, I had to take off two stars because the plumber did not take the old toilet when he left. In fact, I had to lift the old toilet myself and put it in the box for the new toilet and now it’s sitting in my living room until my husband comes home from work in a couple of months. All in all, it cost me approximately $750 in labour and parts (I provided the toilet). The foundry did the job as I wanted. It was a five minute job and they still have to make their $10 plus gst. The workers are not the most friendly people I have met considering the time spent and they were paid. How about a smile for a customer!
