I can't recommend Zig Zag Tailor enough! I've been bringing all our hemming and alterations here for several years, and the experience is always fantastic. Most recently, she altered my daughter's formal dress which had very delicate detailing — with tooling, sequins, and pearls. She handled it beautifully and the fit was perfect. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she handled such delicate work with real skill and care.
On top of that, she's always quick, friendly, and efficient, which makes the whole process so easy.
If you're looking for someone skilled, reliable, and great to work with, I highly recommend Zig Zag Tailor.
I have to start by saying how happy I am that I found Ha of Zig Zag Tailors in St Albert. I am tall for a woman, and I have some additional physical challenges that require alterations to look my best, to provide balance and symmetry.
Ha has been able to give some of my pieces a customized look for very fair and reasonable prices.
Recently, I purchased a dress from anthropology that I have looked at for approximately three years and always held off because the bust area was too revealing for my comfort.
