Katie’s morning classes are the best way to start the day! She brings so much energy and makes every workout fun and challenging. I love that no two classes are ever the same, and the group has such a welcoming vibe. I always leave feeling positive, awake, and ready for the rest of my day. Highly recommend!

The Wellness Within Centre is very welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Amber be my esthetician do a facial and body scrub/wrap, mani and pedi. She was very professional and easy to talk with. The facial she did for me was fantastic . I felt so relaxed and my skin felt amazing after. The ambience of the spa created a very calm experience and I will definitely be returning. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try a spa to try this one ?
