Trail Tire comes through again! Got my car in within 24 hours! Diagnosed, fixed & did oil change when they said they may not have time. Dropped car off at noon and picked up at 6:30pm. They were extremely busy this week as well!! Normally closes at 5:30pm and whole team was still there! Did not upsell, tells me what is needed now & what can wait. I always feel like they treat me as they would their sister or Mom (family). Super friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure sales and very professional.
