We were just pulling out of the vet's nearby after putting our puppers down. Our vehicle broke down close to the shop and a gracious mechanic/owner, Chris, helped us out free of charge to help us diagnose the issue. My family have been taking our cars and trucks to St Albert Tune Up and Brake since 2005. Over the years Brent and his team have always treated us with a warm welcome coming into his shop. He always makes time to discuss what’s wrong, price, how long the vehicle will be there and without fail, options. His prices are extreme fare (had European cars), and his work was always done in the time frame quoted. I have never felt either that he has ever tried to up sale me. As well if there has been an issue (gremlins in wiring), he always made it right without charge. I had an engine light come on. Called and was able to get a same day appointment. They diagnosed and repaired very promptly.
Ran over a pothole and did some undercarriage damage. Got in right away for an assessment, parts ordered and arrived in a day.
