On Feb. 10th I had an oil change for my 2025 Honda CRV at St Albert Honda. I was very impressed by everyone. The girls at the service desk greeted me promptly and directed me in to Dustin. He was extremely attentive answering all my questions as this was my first visit. He had a great sense of humour as we discussed a phone call he had with my husband. He checked info regarding my vehicle on his computer. All was good. Dustin gave me a time when my CVR would be ready. A salesman came to my rescue with the coffee machine. Tim was amazing to work with! No pressure, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tim was very thorough and asked great questions to help us make the best decisions. Tim was also very patient in explaining all the technology in the vehicle!! Definitely recommend Tim to anyone wanting to be treated respectfully and professionally when buying a new vehicle.

My experience purchasing my first new vehicle at Go Honda St Albert was great!
From the very beginning, Darsh on the sales side was top-notch. He reached out to me the same evening I inquired, answered all of my questions right away, sent over vehicle options, and quickly scheduled a time for me to come in and meet him. Even after that, whenever I had additional questions, he was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful.
