I have been going for weekly prenatal massages and Irene does an amazing job! She focuses on my sore spots and asks for feedback on my pressure preferences regularly. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The facility is very nice and the online booking system and appointment reminders are very convenient. Will definitely return and highly recommend Soul2Sole St. Albert!

I will never go anywhere else for a massage since finding this place. No matter which therapist I see, they all do an amazing job! Everyone that works here are so friendly & always smiling. I always feel very welcomed & relaxed here. I recommend this place to all of my friends & highly recommend it to you!

I have nothing but great this to say about Soul2Sole!! They’re staff were lovely. The Thai steam room and massage was one of the best and most relaxing massage experiences I’ve had!
