Shay is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is extremely kind, genuine, professional and so knowledgeable.From the second I called her she was extremely willing to provide support and truly helped me with my hair. Shay was so kind and knowledgeable as she helped my 91 yr old mother find a suitable wig. My mom left with a big smile on her face and a beautiful wig that will make her life easier.
Shay is my hero she told my Nana off because she was trying to tell my mum how she was feeling in her new wig, which she said pretty and I will always be thankful for that I know how hard it was for my mum to get a wig after her hair fell out but Shay taught my mum so much about wigs and she cannot stop gushing about her new hair, the first thing she wants to put on in the morning.
