This place is exceptional. They provide excellent, compassionate service and go the extra mile for their customers. As a woman, it used to be daunting taking my vehicle to the mechanic. Not anymore!

As a business owner myself. I understand the value of customer integrity and fair business trade. After being ripped off by dealerships, I was referred go Big Kevs shop for my Cadillac. The guys are very transparent, they tell me exactly what is going on, how urgent it is and have the work done honestly and professionally. I will always come back here for any work that needs to be done on my car, and would trust them with my entire family.
Thank you guys, genuinely. For making me feel like I was not ripped off and taken advantage of.

After another shop made my vehicle worse off - it wouldn't even drive after they tried to fix an issue they created and then said they had no idea how to fix! -
We contacted Big Kevs. They squeezed us in and a couple days later our vehicle was fixed!
They were very fair on pricing and parts!
Not to mention, Big Kev was super helpful and easy to work with.
