Took it to the Acoustic Music shop and the guys there were beyond helpful. Besides fully explaining the causes of the issues with the guitar they gave me options on how I could go about resolving the problems with it. Shout out to Brent who got the adjustment done right and helped pick a better quality strings to compliment the set up on the guitar.
