“I’ve been to Epic Beauty Boutique twice now, and both experiences have been amazing!

On my first visit, I tried the HIFU facelift. I was so impressed because I could already see noticeable results after just one day. My face looked slimmer and more lifted, and even my coworkers noticed the difference!

For my second appointment, I had a regular facial because I was dealing with breakouts and very dry skin. After just one session, my skin felt so much smoother, and my pimples started drying up. I was honestly surprised by how much my skin improved in such a short time.

Even though it’s a 45-minute drive from where I live, it’s absolutely worth it. Cherry is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure before starting, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

“I saw Skye today, who is an apprentice, and she did a total transformation on my hair. It went from virgin color to a beautiful ash blonde balayage - even better than the inspiration photos I had brought. She also gave advice about my cut, which I wasn’t too sure about until she styled my hair and then I’m so glad I listened to her. I wanted layers, but with the colour so much definition was added that I didn’t need them and it looks much better without. She also did a bang trim and I can’t see enough good things. She may not have a ton of experience behind her, but she is definitely someone who has a bright future ahead!

And I was there for a long time due to the type of service I had, and witnessed several other client and stylist interactions from haircuts to a bridal practice to root touchups and a hair extension installation and every other stylist was professional and all their clients walked away happy.

I had received a Wayspa Gift card from a family member which led me to the salon but honestly - I would’ve missed out if I wouldn’t have had that gift card. I can’t believe it wasn’t more busy for a Saturday for the level of service and expertise that you get. Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.“

She is so engaging and warm, not only does she listen to what my daughter wants but she brings her out of her shell a bit and really gives her the best service. “This was my first visit with Amy, and I can confidently say I've found my forever hairstylist. WOW! 🤍

I've seen several stylists around Edmonton over the years, so I always walk into a first appointment with a mix of excitement and nerves, especially when it's for a colour correction. My hair had multiple bands of colour, warmth that wouldn't stay toned, and I had been trying for months to get back to a cool, rich brunette that felt like me.

From the moment I walked in, I felt verywelcomed. I was greeted by the sweetest dog, Miley, and the adorable cats, Simon and Tiny, which instantly made the space feel warm, relaxed, and more like visiting a friend's home than a busy salon.

Before we even started, Amy took the time to truly listen. She looked through my inspiration photos, asked thoughtful questions about my hair history, carefully examined my hair, and reflected back exactly what she was hearing from me. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely felt understood. She wasn't rushing to mix colour, she was making sure we were completely on the same page.

Throughout the appointment, Amy explained what she was doing, why she was choosing certain formulas, and even how the colour would fade over time so I knew what to expect. I really appreciated being included in the process instead of just sitting in the chair wondering what was happening.

One thing that really stood out was how gentle she is. Anyone who's had a heavy-handed stylist knows how much that matters. From applying colour to washing my hair, everything felt calm, relaxing, and incredibly thoughtful. I genuinely felt cared for.

The final result completely exceeded my expectations. She beautifully corrected the uneven tones and banding, created the rich, cool brunette I'd been trying to achieve for months, and somehow made my hair look healthier than when I walked in. She also gave me one of my favourite haircuts ever, keeping the length I wanted while removing the damaged ends, adding beautiful movement, and shaping my bangs perfectly.

I also appreciated that Amy genuinely cared about the long-term health of my hair. She wasn't trying to sell me an entire shelf of expensive products. Instead, she recommended only what she truly felt would benefit my hair, which speaks volumes about her integrity.

Supporting a local, family-run business made the experience even more special. The atmosphere is welcoming, personal, and relaxing, such a refreshing change from large, busy salons.

I don't write reviews often, and I certainly don't write reviews this long unless someone has genuinely made an impact. Amy absolutely did.

If you're looking for someone who truly listens, takes pride in her work, prioritizes healthy hair, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable from beginning to end, I cannot recommend her enough.
