When they first opened I was not impressed but the last couple of times I have shopped there, it has been a lot better. Good selection and inventory, competitve prices, Canadian owned and well staffed. The online ordering works good too.
I much prefer to support Canadian companies so happy they have got things working so much better. Wait times at customer pickup still needs work. 2 customers, 4 staff and it still took 20 minutes to pickup my online order, so 4 stars instead of 5.
Been here several times. Customer service is good.
Shout out to Justice tonight who went out of her way to find us downspout extenders. True customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you so much!
