Shop took truck in on time and returned when they said it would be done ,very professional, shop is clean with a comfortable waiting area ,they installed new tires in just over a hour , very happy with the installation,,had chosen tires on line and booked the service at the same time ,all very seamless , I'll be coming back for new summer tires .

Like most I have been a customer for years. Today though, I was reminded of why. The customer service, attention to detail, and speedy service, all greeted with smiles and thanks, is why I will ALWAYS go to this location. Top Notch is an understatement. Thank you all and see you in the Spring!

I have been Kal Tire customer for some time now, just a different location. Living in St Albert, I decided to go local. Glad I did. Excellent customer service! Staff very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. Had my tire swap today. My current winter tires are 14 years old, so I've purchased a set of Hakkapeliittas (family favourite brand) which should be here in a couple of weeks. Also, the issue with suspension will be addressed at the time of installation of the new tires. I'm glad I can get all of this done at one place.
