Dr. Chen is very gentle, efficient, and reassuring. He explains what he is going to do. The treatment room is relaxing, as is the very subtle background music and the herbal tea served prior to the procedure. I have booked for more treatments.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck that is causing a tremendous amount of pain. I called the clinic to see if I was able to see an acupuncturist and they were able to get me in the same afternoon! Although my pain is not completely gone after one treatment, my range of motion has improved and the constant throbbing has subsided a bit. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind, and even served me tea while I was waiting. After my visit with Dr. Mu Chun Chen, he brought me a chocolate and another tea. He is a very calming presence which is so needed especially if you’re new to acupuncture.
