“The people that work at this location are super nice and helpful. I went to this location back in January 2024 as the Callingwood location I had been going to, had closed. I had purchased 3 pre-paid spray tan packages at the Callingwood location and found out later that apparently I could only use them at the Callingwood location.
I called the Fabutan head office to see if they could do something and perhaps offer me a credit or refund or honor the 3 pre-paid spray tans to use elsewhere. They were totally useless and didn't do anything, nor would they meet me halfway and even honor at least 1 of the 3 spray tans. They basically said its up to each individual store to honor my spray tans but all locations I called wouldn't honor it and they told me to call head office so I was going in circles.
I reached out to the store in St Albert trail and spoke to Elaine and she honored my spray tans.
I'll be going to this location from now on because of that and also because the girls at this location are super nice and helpful. Thanks ladies!“
