He provides detailed reports with pictures, ensuring clients feel confident in their decisions. With quick responses and flexible availability, Ron is highly recommended for anyone purchasing a new home.
I have hired Ron twice to complete two different home inspections. He is very timely, and thorough with his inspections. He would stop the inspection for my wife and I to see ourselves if something warranted our attention. His report comes in quite quickly and is very detailed. Both of the inspections I had paid for were some of the best money I've spent. He helped us dodge a $400K+ bullet, and helped us find a great home! Highly recommended!
We went with Ron for our new home build inspection and couldn't be happier. He explained everything as he went and was very friendly. The extra infrared thermal imaging at no extra cost definitely gave us more confidence we made the right choice. The detailed report was very thorough and was in my email inbox by the end of the same day. Highly recommend Executive Home Inspection if you are shopping around attempting to make a choice for your home inspection.
