The Ideal Protein coaches are very knowledgeable of their products and the science behind their diet system. They provided me with a diet plan that really works!!! Once your goal is reached, they have maintenance plans so you don't gain the weight back. I have weekly weigh-ins and follow ups to address any issues or questions. It's the only diet that is working for me!
