I have used Boyd St. Albert for my last few vehicle fixes, and every time I take my vehicle there, I know the outcome is going to exceed my expectations. From the damage being repaired completely and correctly, to the condition they provide my vehicle back to me (washed up and shining!), they continue to deliver. I will continue to bring my vehicles there, as their customer service (Kelly!) is caring and kind, and everybody there cares about their customers! Highly recommend.
I am beyond satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle by Boyd. A few years ago I had a quote done at Boyd and wanted to go with them but was convinced to go with Carstar by my insurance company. That was a mistake. I had to bring it back multiple times as I could tell immediately upon picking it up that it wasn’t repaired correctly. This time I went to Boyd again and insisted I wanted my repairs done there. I am so glad I did. The service was fantastic, the repairs are perfect and the person who did the quote last time is the same (and was also fantastic)! First rate service at this fine establishment located in St. Albert. Excellent customer service and you are in good hands with all staff and technicians. Shout out to Stewart Lazanik, who helped me. His excellent communication, support and experience was top notch.
