Jenna groomed our Giant Schnauzer for many years. We tried a few other groomers in St. Albert, but they never seemed to click with our dog. Jenna was caring, patient and kind. She always made our dog comfortable and looking great. Setting up appointments was easy (via text) and communication was alway prompt.We moved to Ontario in April 2022, but Jenna was kind enough to provide all the cut/blade information on a card for us to share with our next groomer.Even though we’re no longer clients, she still checks in with us to see how our dog is doing. I took our golden doodle here today for the first time! I’m always very nervous for her because she HATES bath time at home. I requested that they message me a little bit before she was ready to avoid having to put her in a kennel afterwards, which they did! She was roaming free when we picked her up which made me so happy. Winnie was happy & she wasn’t in a panic to “get the hell outta there” like she has been at other groomers. She was even going back for kisses! They did a great job on her haircut as well. I know she is feeling much cooler now without all that fur! We will be back again!

Been going to Burgeois for years. My dog is always very happy when I pick her up!! Always professional. Customer service is superb. Prices are very reasonable. Left another local grooming place because of lousy customer service. Burgeois wins that hands down!
