Westgrove Clinic is an appointment-based primary care clinic providing medical services to the communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, and surrounding areas. Operating under the Medical Home Model, the clinic offers team-based services of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dieticians, social workers, and therapists to patients under one roof. Patients have praised the new doctors, who promptly and carefully address their health concerns. The front desk staff, especially Naomi, have been described as extremely helpful and accommodating, despite the clinic's busy schedule. While the reception can be busy, patients have found the staff to be polite and make efforts to fit them in as soon as possible.
I have been going to this clinic since it opened, followed my doctor there from another building.
I must say, it's been fantastic!
Yesterday I phoned at 830am and was able to see the doctor, get blood work & and x-ray all done within 1.5 hours!
WOW! This is what health care should be like and thank you so much for providing that. ❤️
We have been coming here for a couple years now and I received excellent pregnancy care and post natal with my baby. Every Doctor and Nurse I have seen has been amazing, especially Dr. Rice and Dr. Penrod. She is so caring and attentive and I am so happy that I get to see her. Thanks everyone!!
Dr Quinn is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of being his patient. But he recently referred me to Dr Hlushak for neck pain I was experiencing. He scheduled me for an MRI which I had on December 20th. The results were I have spinal stenosis. Dr Hlushak subsequently called me and told me to go to emergency which totally confused me and he called me twice about this. When he called me yesterday I questioned why I should go to emergency and he basically told me that if something serious developed he didn’t want to be responsible.
