I'll start with what an amazing experience. Alex and his staff always go above and beyond for all our furry friends needs! We recently took on two new puppies, and puppies do puppy stuff. Long story short with the help of Alex's store manager(Mary) we were able to return two damaged crates. I was shocked they did so, being a small local business they took a financial hit on this. I actually felt like I was at Costco! We are so grateful today, and will definitely pay it forward. Thank you, Alex, Mary and the team at Pet Valu Spruce Grove.

I usually wouldn't write a review just for pet food, but I've been having issues with my cat puking with multiple high end and low end food brands. I found Turkey was the one thing he did really well with. I got some help from an employee a couple days ago,(Wish I had got her name for the review) and she recommended Open Free Turkey. Gave it a shot and so far it's been excellent. I hope the employee knows who she is! Thank you very much for your help.

We mapped our eta to the store, we just drove in from another province and we were about 2 mins to the store closing by the eta on our maps. I called and asked if they would wait for us, that we should be there right at closing. When we arrived the staff was so friendly, they let us get what we needed and did not rush us out of the store.
