Today was the first time taking my dog to this groomer. I dropped her off at noon. They had her done so quickly I thought they were unable to do her hair because she is a difficult groom and terrified of groomers. We agreed that she was there for a full groom but if it was was too stressful for my dog, that they could just do whatever they could. I went into a meeting this afternoon not expecting a call for several hours at least- the meeting went long and I didnt realize what time it was, and when I checked my phone, I saw they had been calling me all afternoon to tell me my dog was ready for pick up. 1.5 or 2hrs, they had called! We moved here from Ontario and have had a hard time finding the right groomer. Let me just say when we dropped off our pup this morning, I wasn’t really too hopeful. But to my surprise, I believe it was the best cut my dog has ever had in the past 10 years. And Butter was happy and almost proud of his haircut!!! We have found our place. And you should really give it a try❤️
